| Amanda's Pilates classes have been a life saver for me. I was losing the ability to walk before I started Amanda's classes - muscles wasting away because of M.E./Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. Could write a v long list of all the changes Pilates has brought about but 'life saver' says it all.

| Been doing Pilates for some years now. Although I do work out in the gym and run, this additional exercise is a great workout. Amanda's also enthusiastic but still puts you through your paces. A great way to keep fit. Thanks Amanda.

Followed Amanda from fitness first to her new studiom and glad I did!
Lovely atmosphere, and great place to do a class. Have noticed improvements in my posture and reduced pain since I started doing pilates and hope with Amanda's expert tuition that this will continue.

Hi,
I have just returned home after completing my first Pilates session in Amanda's new studio in the old Fire House, Hoylake. Amanda has done a great job putting together a great environment where you can relax (not too much) and really concentrate on your body/mind. The classes are small, friendly and fun so you get plenty of support, advice and direction.
I have been doing Pilates for about 3 years now following micro-discectomy surgery on my spine in 2008. The importance of having good core strength and stability cannot be stressed enough. With my back condition there are many things which I still do which I wouldn't be able to do without Pilates.
I have been to different groups with different instructors and can honestly say Amanda is the best out there! I would thoroughly recommend Pilates and especially Amanda and her new studio
