Have you been putting off starting Pilates? Always planning for next week & it never happens? Just know you need to do something to get rid of general aches & pains & need more energy? Then the Spring into summer with our spring Pilates beginner course 2017 is for you & starting in May.

I am hosting this course for ladies only but do not worry guys your beginners course will be coming soon. We have many male clients at BodyCore Pilates & many reaping the benefits Pilates gives them.

This is our first course in our new studio so we are really looking forward too it, if you are Female between 35 to 60 years of age then this course is for you, we will be adding courses for the 60 plus in the near future. This course will be held on Wednesdays at 12.15 to 13.15 so do make sure your diary is free for the 6 weeks. Start dates will be given to the first 12 ladies who enroll first.

This course will be tailored for your age group & as well as being Pilates based we will also be working on posture awareness working from the feet up. Each session will have a different focus point & below are some of the training we will be focusing on.
